Conversation Pieces closed our doors in Delray Beach on Saturday April 23, 2011. After almost 15 years, (first in Wilton CT, then in Delray Beach FL), we were ready for a new daily adventure! Continuing online with eConversationPieces.com, we will try our best to post items online asap. We appreciate your patience- please never hesitate to contact us. It was truly a pleasure to have had a shop for so many years.. We were so touched by all the well wishes we received. Thank you to all our fabulous customers, artists, and our neighbors; we miss seeing you in person!

Much loved Sweetie (our rescue) passed away September 2009. Thank you to everyone for their kindness to her over the years. Aptly named by the shelter that rescued her, most people didn't know she was nestled behind the counter until they heard her snore..

Our History

Conversation Pieces opened in Wilton CT in September of 1996. After nine years we moved to sunny and much warmer Delray Beach Florida where we were located for five years. We were fortunate enough to have been nominated as one of the Top One Hundred Craft Retailers in the U.S., as well as having been featured in The Crafts Report-twice, Boca Magazine, Wilton Magazine, and local newspapers. We will continue online!

What We Sell

We carry an eclectic range of fine handcrafted gifts & jewelry, and accessories for the home. Everything is beautifully handcrafted by hundreds of talented artists from all over the world. Many items are one of a kind, or limited edition. Just check our list of artists to see whose work we carry, or search by category, item, medium, or occasion. We have chosen just some of our vast inventory for the website. If it is on our site, that means it is in stock, & ready to ship within 48 hrs, unless noted as "temporarily unavailable". Please contact us about those items. We also can arrange for custom-made items, corporate gifts, party favors and more....

Order Fulfillment

We accept MC, Visa and Discover. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days, via UPS. At this time, we are only shipping within the continental U.S. As always, we love to gift wrap, at no extra charge, just indicate in the box on checkout if you would like us to gift wrap any of your items. Also for gifts, you may type in a message on our order form that we will handwrite on an enclosure card to be attached to your present, for a more personal touch, at no extra charge. For an extra charge, we can match one of our extraordinary greeting cards to your gift for you. You may see some items on the site pictured with a greeting card that compliments the gift- please inquire!

Return Policy

All items purchased from eConversationPieces may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the item for a refund. The item must be returned to us in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping, insuring the package, and for re-packing the item so that it is not damaged in the return. Please contact us with any questions about a return.

We will not sell or share our customer information. We have worked hard over the years to try to best serve our customers, and we would like to continue doing so, as well as to help new customers find fantastic things.
